Cooperative Wine Growers'Association
The building of this structure began in May 1938. Mussolini himself laid the foundation stone. It consisted of two great structures: a distillery of the Federazione Nazionale dei Consorzi per la Viticultura and the Enopolio Consorziale dei Castelli Romani.

This structure was built according to the regime autarchy on a surface of 1200 square meters to satisfy the inland needs. After several years of decay, the town's administration decided to transform it in the Town Hall and in a cultural centre.
