| Description |
It is a consortium of producers with more than 400 members (small local producer).
It is located in Genzano di Roma, in the heart of the Castelli Romani. It produces 60,000 hectolitres of wine, with grapes coming from Colli Lanuvini and Castelli Romani.
Viticulture in this area was the main activity even in the ancient roman age. This consortium produces wines respecting tradition but using the most modern technologies: soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures and filtering of musts.
