| Description |
This wine-merchant is a real roman inn located within the former Palace Senni built at the beginning of the 19th century. Its rooms are characterized by vaulted ceilings and a huge cave excavated in the rock reaching the area under the main square. This inn has 180 seats and outside can host up to 100 customers in the wide area that during summer is equipped with tables and chairs.
In addition to wine it is possible to eat snakes prepared with local bread, cheese and salami. It is possible to organize lunch and dinner and to reserve the rooms for reception. The wine is sold in bottles and packages and it is possible to buy packages to send by courier. The sold products are the result of a careful selection among the local producers of the Castelli Romani wine, preferring the small producers and vineyards.
It is also possible to organize lessons on matters related to wine. Personnel speaks English and soe words of German.
