Vineyards:
Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia bianca, Trebbiano Giallo, Bombino, Bello and other minor qualities.
Vinification:
White vinification, with soft pressing and after grape stalk removal. Cryo-maceration and fermentation to a controlled temperature (18°C). Sterilized bottling at cold temperatures.
Packaging:
Boxes with 6 laying bottles (750 ml), with metal net, or boxes with 24 bottles (375 ml).
Organoleptic analysis:
Colour: pale yellow, with greenish nuances.
Scent: fresh, floral and fruity; like an apple of the type “golden”.
Taste: dry but round, with a bitter taste in background, sapid, equilibrated, with a long persistence and a good structure.
Alcoholic grades:
12° Vol.
Foods:
to be drunk at a temperature of 10/12 °C together with hors d’oeuvre, white meat, fish, delicate sauces, and fresh cheeses.
Preservation:
To be consumed within the year of production.

Vineyards:
Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia bianca, Trebbiano Giallo, Bombino, and other minor qualities.

The grapes are dried on the vine shoots to be harvested in a later period.

Colour: pale yellow, with golden nuances.
Scent: fresh, floral and fruity, vivid and intense, like hawthorn and apple of the type “golden”, fine.
Scent: sweet and delicate, equilibrated and elegant.
Alcoholic grades:
11% + 3,1% Vol.
Foods:
Because of it harmonious taste due to the natural presence of sugar in the bunches of grapes which spontaneously stops the fermentation of the must, this wine can be drunk together with cakes and mature cheeses. It has to be served at a temperature of 10/12 °C.
Preservation:
As all white wines it has to be drunk within the vintage’s year to express its best flavour.

Vineyards:
Merlot.
Vintage and vinification:
During the second half of October, selecting the bunches with accuracy. They are then softly pressed, with maceration of the peels and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Short period in barrique aller. Sterilized bottling at cold temperatures.
Packaging:
Boxes with 6 laying bottles.
Organoleptic analysis:
Colour: intense red ruby, clear with purple nuances.
Scent: intense, vinous, with smell of undergrowth.
Taste: hot, bodied, with a good tannic level, soft and velvety, with a background taste of berries.
Alcoholic grades:
13% Vol.
Foods:
With soups, red meat, mature cheeses, game.
Preservation:
This wine can be drunk during the same year of production but can also mature.
