Marino d.o.c.
The vineyards are: Malvasia del Lazio, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia di Candia, with a percentage of local vines: Bellone, Bombino and Trebbiano giallo.
It is pale yellow, quite greenish, its taste is fine and penetrating, vinous with ideas of fruits and apples. Its taste is lively, harmonic, dry, slightly soft.
It is perfect like aperitif, together with hors d’oeuvres and fish, first courses and white meat.
Castelli Romani Rosso d.o.c.
The vineyards used are Sangiovese and Montepulciano, vinified according to the traditional method. It undergoes a period of maturation and refining in tanks during 4-5 months to preserve its characteristics in the best way.
Its colour is red bright ruby with violet nuances which become brown when maturing. It scents like violets, with ideas of wild fruits, its taste is soft and balanced with a limited acidity.
It is perfect with meat, cheese, and salami.
