Ingredients
Flour, 1 egg, water, pecorino
Cellette
Pia ‘a farina, l’acqua e ‘n’ovu e s’empasta morbida su ‘a spianatore e ‘a lavori a cordoncini, tanto fini come ‘e cannacce.
Li metti a bollì, li scoli e l’insaporisci col condimento e li fai amalgamà.
Li poi condì co’: ajo, ojo,peperoncino, pecorino. Tonno, ajo,ojo,peperoncino, pomidoro, pecorino Ragù Ce bevi er vino d’a vigna.

Cellette
Make a pastry with flour, the egg and the water. Roll it out on a pastry-board, and form string-shaped pasta.
Boil it, when it is soft serve with a sauce made of oil, garlic, capsicum and pecorino or of tuna-fish, garlic, oil, capsicum, tomato sauce, and pecorino.
